Product Shipping & Storage

Our products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during shipping or storage. Each product is sealed in airtight, moisture-proof packaging to ensure freshness and quality throughout transit. For best quality, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight upon receipt. Please check the "Best By" date printed on each package.

Currently, we ship to the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping Time

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Our cut-off point is 5:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 5:00 pm PST will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day.
  • We currently do not deliver on weekends.

Seasonal Shipping Notice

During extreme weather conditions (excessive heat or cold), product texture may be slightly affected during transit. This does not impact product safety. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and storing it in a cool, dry place.

Food Product Notice

Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our satisfaction guarantee.

Kind Tips

  1. Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
  2. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
  3. All estimated delivery times are derived from past data and are approximate times for reference only.
  4. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of USPS or any other parcel service.
  5. Shipping area: The United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
